Sudden cardiac arrest in a soccer player - a happy ending

Miguel Garcia collapsing on the soccer field. The CPR is delivered with good force, although it is often interrupted. There is only one reason to interrupt CPR and that is defibrillation. Miguel is recovering in hospital after successful resuscitation.

(Edit: Note the way he collapses - typical cardiac syncope: walking, then on the ground - no time even to protect his face; this emphasises the importance of history when an event is unwitnessed. Sudden syncope is almost always cardiac.)
